2. Jakie dane zbieramy

Przy rejestracji / pobraniu:

Adres e-mail (podany dobrowolnie w formularzu na stronie)

Przy logowaniu przez Google OAuth:

Imie i nazwisko (z profilu Google)
Adres e-mail (z konta Google)
Zdjecie profilowe (z konta Google)

Dane przetwarzane lokalnie przez agenta (NIE trafiaja do nas):

Wiadomosci e-mail (Gmail) - odczyt i wysylka w Twoim imieniu
Kalendarz Google - odczyt i tworzenie wydarzen
Wiadomosci z komunikatorow (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram)
Pliki i dokumenty na Twoim komputerze
Historia rozmow z agentem

3. Architektura lokalna

                TurboSzpona to aplikacja desktopowa instalowana na macOS. Agent dziala wylacznie na Twoim komputerze. Dane przetwarzane przez agenta (e-maile, kalendarz, wiadomosci) sa przechowywane lokalnie i nie sa przesylane na serwery Xfaang.
            

Jedyne polaczenia zewnetrzne to:

Dostawcy modeli AI (np. Anthropic, OpenAI) - na Twoich kluczach API lub przez zakupione tokeny
Uslugi, ktore sam podlaczysz (Gmail, Kalendarz, WhatsApp, itp.)
Serwer aktualizacji TurboSzpona (sprawdzanie nowych wersji)

4. Google OAuth i uprawnienia API

Gdy polaczysz konto Google, aplikacja prosi o dostep do:

Profil i e-mail - identyfikacja uzytkownika
Gmail (odczyt i wysylka) - zarzadzanie poczte przez agenta
Kalendarz Google (odczyt i zapis) - zarzadzanie wydarzeniami

Tokeny dostepu sa przechowywane lokalnie na Twoim komputerze w zaszyfrowanym keychain systemu macOS. Xfaang nie ma dostepu do tych tokenow.

5. Cel przetwarzania danych

Adres e-mail z formularza: wysylka informacji o produkcie i linka do pobrania
Dane z Google OAuth: uwierzytelnienie i umozliwienie agentowi pracy z Twoimi uslugami Google
Dane lokalne: dzialanie agenta cyfrowego zgodnie z Twoimi poleceniami

6. Podstawa prawna (RODO)

Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) - Twoja zgoda (formularz e-mail, polaczenie konta Google)
Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b) - wykonanie umowy / swiadczenie uslugi
Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f) - prawnie uzasadniony interes (bezpieczenstwo, aktualizacje)

7. Okres przechowywania

Adres e-mail: do czasu wycofania zgody lub zadania usuniecia
Dane lokalne: tak dlugo, jak aplikacja jest zainstalowana na Twoim komputerze. Odinstalowanie aplikacji usuwa wszystkie lokalne dane.

8. Udostepnianie danych

Nie sprzedajemy, nie wypozyczamy i nie udostepniamy Twoich danych osobom trzecim w celach marketingowych.

Dane moga byc przekazywane:

Dostawcom uslug e-mail (Brevo) - wylacznie w celu wysylki wiadomosci, na ktore wyraziles zgode
Dostawcom modeli AI - wylacznie tresci, ktore sam wyslales do przetworzenia

9. Twoje prawa

Zgodnie z RODO masz prawo do:

Dostepu do swoich danych
Sprostowania danych
Usuniecia danych ("prawo do bycia zapomnianym")
Ograniczenia przetwarzania
Przenoszenia danych
Sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania
Wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie

10. Bezpieczenstwo

Stosujemy odpowiednie srodki techniczne i organizacyjne w celu ochrony danych:

Tokeny OAuth przechowywane w macOS Keychain (szyfrowane)
Komunikacja z API przez HTTPS/TLS
Brak centralnego serwera z danymi uzytkownikow

11. Pliki cookies

Strona turboszpona.pl nie uzywa plikow cookies sledzacych. Moze uzywac niezbednych cookies technicznych (sesja, preferencje jezyka/motywu).

12. Zmiany w polityce

Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do aktualizacji niniejszej polityki. O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy na stronie turboszpona.pl. Data ostatniej aktualizacji znajduje sie na gorze dokumentu.

                Key point: TurboSzpona runs locally on your computer. Your data does not reach our servers. You control which external services your agent connects to.
            

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Xfaang, based in Warsaw, Poland.

2. What Data We Collect

During registration / download:

Email address (voluntarily provided via the website form)

When signing in with Google OAuth:

Full name (from Google profile)
Email address (from Google account)
Profile picture (from Google account)

Data processed locally by the agent (NOT sent to us):

Email messages (Gmail) - read and send on your behalf
Google Calendar - read and create events
Messaging apps (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram)
Files and documents on your computer
Conversation history with the agent

3. Local Architecture

                TurboSzpona is a desktop application installed on macOS. The agent runs exclusively on your computer. Data processed by the agent (emails, calendar, messages) is stored locally and is not transmitted to Xfaang servers.
            

The only external connections are:

AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) - using your API keys or purchased tokens
Services you choose to connect (Gmail, Calendar, WhatsApp, etc.)
TurboSzpona update server (checking for new versions)

4. Google OAuth and API Permissions

When you connect your Google account, the app requests access to:

Profile and email - user identification
Gmail (read and send) - email management by the agent
Google Calendar (read and write) - event management

Access tokens are stored locally on your computer in the encrypted macOS Keychain. Xfaang does not have access to these tokens.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

Email from form: sending product information and download link
Google OAuth data: authentication and enabling the agent to work with your Google services
Local data: operation of the digital agent according to your instructions

6. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Art. 6(1)(a) - Your consent (email form, Google account connection)
Art. 6(1)(b) - Performance of a contract / service delivery
Art. 6(1)(f) - Legitimate interest (security, updates)

7. Data Retention

Email address: until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested
Local data: as long as the application is installed on your computer. Uninstalling removes all local data.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data may be shared with:

Email service providers (Brevo) - solely for sending messages you consented to
AI model providers - only content you explicitly send for processing

9. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your data
Rectify your data
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict processing
Data portability
Object to processing
Withdraw consent at any time

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data:

OAuth tokens stored in macOS Keychain (encrypted)
All API communication over HTTPS/TLS
No centralized server storing user data

The turboszpona.pl website does not use tracking cookies. It may use essential technical cookies (session, language/theme preferences).

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy. Significant changes will be announced on turboszpona.pl. The date of the last update is at the top of this document.
